You might notice that sometimes I list “organic” ingredients and other times I do not. I don’t personally believe that all ingredients have to be organic. There are some produce items that I feel should be purchased organic (such as strawberries, spinach, tomatoes.) While others generally have very little pesticides and it doesn’t make much sense to spend the extra money (bananas, avocado). Usually, when I purchase items that my young toddler will be consuming, I try to get organic, but, again, not everything on the table is organic.
This is just how I personally choose produce items, and know that not every budget or health condition lends itself to shopping this way.
